Christopher & Banks Corporation (NYSE: CBK) (the "Company") today announced that, after an internal review, it plans to exit its Acorn division business by December 31, 2008.

MINNEAPOLIS----Christopher & Banks Corporation today announced that, after an internal review, it plans to exit its Acorn division business by December 31, 2008.

Two ribbon cuttings will be held at Metro Crossing Friday. The first will be at 8:30 a.m. at the new First National Bank branch at 3815 Denmark Drive. The second will follow at 9 a.m. at Lane Bryant next to Kohl's.
